The Country Living Expo is proud to partner with Beef 200, a WSU Extension all-day course

held Friday, January 24, 2014 about teaching participants how to raise and evaluate

high quality farm-to-table beef.

Participants can take the Friday Beef 200 course on its own or combine it with the Country Living Expo for a great 2-day learning experience. Participants can register for Beef 200 using our online registration below. (Only online registration currently available.)

Expo Registration Costs:

All registrations include lunch at no extra cost.



Student age 12-18:

$40 ($10 if student sponsorship is requested)

Student sponsorships will still be available the day of the event.

Friday Evening Classes: $20

Beef Farm Tour $10. Students Free.

Country Living Expo:

On-line registration is currently closed. Country Living Expo registration will open again at 7:30 AM the day of the event.

The At-the-door Registration Form is available for download. This form lists all classes still available. See links above for class descriptions. Remaining class spots will be first-come, first served. We strongly encourage you to choose the classes you’re interested in before you arrive, so that the line will move quickly.

Friday Evening Events

If you are interested in our Friday evening events, you can register and pay at the door. See class descriptions link above for more details about the FAMACHA training and Kimchee fermenting classes. The classes are from 7 – 9 PM in Everett at the WSU Snohomish County Extension office.

(No hidden costs–all fees are included in the purchase price.) After filling out the online registration form and hitting “Submit” you will be redirected to pay using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.


If you have chosen to pay by check, please bring your payment with you at the time of the event. PLEASE do NOT mail any checks at this time. We will not receive them before the Expo.
